Bira Prolog







Hotel Sapolohe is a running small private hotel in Bira, Bulukumba, South Sulawesi - Indonesia (about 3.5 hours journey by car from Hasanuddin International Airport of Makassar), with enourmous potential for further development. The hotel was build in approx. land size 5000 sqm which located in front of white sandy beach of Bira, local known as Kapongkolan Beach. The beach's sand is white and has powdery texture and the seawater is clean, clear and blue. You can enjoy many activities here in Bira such as sun bathing, swiming, fishing, diving, snorkelling or just wacthing a spectacular sunset while picking the seashell. Or sometimes if you get lucky you can wacth a groups of Dolphins swim passing by the sea in front of the hotel.
FYI, Bira is known as a main gate to Taka Bonerate National Park, which is widely known as home to the 3rd biggest atoll in the world after Kwajifein in the Marshal Islands and Suvardiva in the Modiva Islands.
In Bira you can also discovered a center place for making Phinisi Boat, a traditional boat schooners from South of Sulawesi which has been saling the waters of Indonesia since early times.
